Bricks & Steel Technical Services L.L.C was licensed in Dubai in March 2006. In the two decades since, we have grown from a small trades outfit into a multi-disciplinary technical contracting company holding eight active contracting activities under a single Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism licence — covering HVAC, electromechanical works, plumbing and sanitary contracting, waterproofing and insulation, painting, tiling, false ceilings and partitions, and cladding.
That licence matters more than it sounds. Much of the technical work carried out in the UAE is done by individuals and unregistered crews with no legal standing, no VAT registration, no insurance, and nobody to call when a job goes wrong six months later. We are a Limited Liability Company with AED 1,000,000 in paid-up capital, a registered Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership held continuously since 2006, an international D-U-N-S identifier, and a federal TRN. Every job we do is invoiced, warranted, and traceable.
We handle commercial units, offices and apartment portfolios from our Business Bay base. In Ras Al Khaimah, we serve the coastal villa communities — Al Hamra, Mina Al Arab, Al Marjan Island, Al Nakheel and Al Riffa — where salt air, coastal humidity and seasonal rain place demands on a building that inland construction never faces.
