2. What We Collect

• Information you give us: Name, phone number, WhatsApp contact details, email address, property address / community location, and any information you provide about the technical service you require through our contact forms, WhatsApp links, phone calls, or email communications.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring source, pages visited, and time spent on site, collected through functional cookies and standard web analytics tools.

3. Why We Use It

To respond to inquiries and provide transparent written quotations; to schedule, dispatch technicians, perform and invoice technical services; to maintain service and warranty records for your property; to comply with UAE tax (Federal Tax Authority TRN: 100024790600003) and accounting record-keeping obligations; and, where you have agreed, to send seasonal preventative maintenance reminders.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, the performance of a contractual agreement or quotation with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our technical services, and compliance with statutory legal obligations under UAE law.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share relevant details strictly on a need-to-know basis with:

• Directly employed technicians and vetted specialist trade contractors assigned to your property work.
• Our accounting and cloud IT infrastructure service providers.
• Community developers and building management security desks (such as Al Hamra Village management, RAKEZ, Emaar, or Business Bay towers) solely where gate entry permits require technician registration.
• UAE government and judicial authorities where required by law.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiry data that does not convert into an active job is retained for 12 months. Customer work records, invoices, and job completion notes are retained for a minimum of 5 years to satisfy mandatory UAE tax record-keeping requirements and to honor long-term structural and workmanship warranties.

7. Your Rights

Under UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion where retention is no longer legally required, object to marketing communications, and withdraw consent at any time. We apply reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
