Yes, subject to scheduling. Out-of-hours attendance is standard for commercial clients and available to residential customers on request.

For most services, the survey and written quotation are free. Where a fault requires diagnostic work to identify — for example non-invasive leak detection — a diagnostic fee applies and is confirmed to you before we attend. Annual maintenance contract customers receive free diagnostic callouts.

All quotations state the price inclusive of the UAE 5% VAT, under TRN 100024790600003. You receive a compliant tax invoice for every job.

Bank transfer, card and cash are accepted. Commercial accounts can be invoiced on agreed payment terms.

Because it is the actual price. A phone estimate is given without seeing the fault, and is revised upward once the technician is on site and you are already committed. We survey first so the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

The warranty depends on the work and is stated in writing on your quotation before you approve it. General repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. New product installations — pumps, water heaters, filtration systems and similar supplied hardware — carry a 1-year workmanship warranty on the installation, in addition to the manufacturer's own product warranty. Waterproofing systems carry substantially longer structural warranties depending on the membrane system specified.

Defects in our installation or execution. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage caused by third parties, misuse, or pre-existing conditions we identified and you declined to rectify — all of which we note on the job sheet at the time.

Before the rain season, not during it. Membrane and coating systems need dry, properly prepared substrate to bond correctly. Applying waterproofing to a wet or actively leaking roof produces a repair that fails within a year.

In most cases, yes. We use non-invasive detection to locate the fracture point first, so any opening we make is targeted rather than exploratory.

It usually means the system is working harder than it should — commonly dirty coils, low refrigerant charge, restricted airflow or failing insulation. It is worth diagnosing, because the efficiency loss typically costs more over a summer than the service does.

For standard bookings, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Urgent faults are prioritised where crew availability allows, and annual maintenance contract customers are dispatched ahead of the general queue.

For communities such as RAKEZ facilities, the manager arranges crew entry permits before dispatch. Tell us your community when booking and we will confirm exactly what is required and send you our crew and vehicle details.

Not necessarily. Many customers arrange access through a building manager or a key handover. We photograph the work throughout and send you the completion report either way.
